This afternoon, I presented at KSU’s Spring Symposium of Student Scholars. My project was a poster titled “Mapping Homes of Georgia’s Governors and Their Westward Shift (1776–2024).” This was first created as a final project in a geography class with Dr. Qihang Qiu last fall.
This poster looks at the homes of Georgia’s governors from the American Revolution to the present day and examines what patterns over time say about shifting electoral power.
